WORK WITH AN ATTORNEY WHO IS REGISTERED WITH SUMMIT TITLE: There are MANY real estate attorneys in our area competing for YOUR referral business. 75+ of the best of these are approved to work with Summit Title. (We’ve listed a few on page 2). If you would like help connecting with a Summit Title attorney, email laura@summittitleillinois.com, or ask your Team Leader for a recommendation.

REQUEST THAT EACH NEW LIST-SIDE TRANSACTION BE SENT TO SUMMIT TITLE: Attorneys usually work with multiple title companies. Avoid mix-ups by reminding your attorney to work with Summit Title each time you email a new contract to them.
